What we are, and what we are not

We are a software and AI consulting firm. We are not contractors, supers, or estimators. The construction expertise on any project belongs to your team, and that does not change because we showed up. What we bring is software craft and practical AI experience: choosing the right tools, configuring them to fit how your team already works, connecting them to the project software you already run, and training your staff to use them in ways that stick.

The complaint we hear from almost every general contractor we sit down with is the same. The project itself is hard but doable. It is the paperwork around the project that eats the team. Documents, email threads, meeting notes, status updates, owner reports, closeout packages. Each one is reasonable on its own. Stacked together, the office staff and the project managers spend more of the day on the keyboard than they should.

Where AI tends to save time

Your team will know better than us where the worst pinch points are. Once we have a free call, we will walk through them with you. The patterns we see most often are:

  • Long email threads. Reduced to a clean summary of who is waiting on whom, in the order your PM cares about.
  • Document review. Long contracts, specs, and product literature summarized to the points your team actually needs to scan.
  • Notes from the field. Voice notes from supers turned into tidy written entries. Photos sorted into the right project folder automatically.
  • Owner updates and progress reports. First drafts written from the project record in the format your owners expect, ready for your team to review.
  • Recurring drafting. Standard letters, change order narratives, RFI replies, and similar repeat writing handled from a few bullets you provide.
  • Closeout. Document organization, summary drafting, and the long tail of admin that always lands at the end of a project.

What this is not

This is not project management software. We do not replace Procore, BuilderTrend, CMiC, JobTread, or whatever you are running. We work with what you have. The AI sits alongside your project software and handles the drafting, summarizing, and organizing work. Your team continues to run the project the way they always have.

How an engagement runs

The free discovery call is the place to map your current workflow. You describe how the team works. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly where AI is likely to help and where it is not. From there we configure the workspace, connect it to the systems you already have, and write a prompt library based on your team's actual templates and language. The training session is hands-on with the staff who will use it, on real project material.

Field and office, same workspace

Field staff and office staff use very different tools and have very different patience for software. The field side of the setup is built around voice notes and photos. The office side is built around the desktop applications your PMs already live in. Same configured workspace, different access patterns, no one forced to learn a new application.

You own the setup

Lifetime email support is included for any configuration we deliver. We do not hold the setup hostage. Your team owns it, can extend it, and can take it fully in-house at any point. If you ever want to walk away from us, the handover is clean.

The Process

How it works

From first call to confidently using AI every day, here's what working with us looks like.

01

Free Discovery Call

Tell us about the business and where your time is going. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool.

02

Audit & Plan

We map your workflows and deliver a plain-English plan: where AI fits, what the setup looks like, and what it will and won't change.

03

Setup & Integration

We help integrate the right AI systems for your business, wire them into the software you already use, and build a prompt library around the real things you do every week.

04

Training & Ongoing Support

A live training session on your real work, 30 days of priority support to keep the momentum going, then lifetime email support so small questions never go unanswered.

Tuesday morning, project office

A backlog of open questions sorted into a tidy list before the standup.

A project manager asks the workspace to organize a long list of open items by who needs to respond. The PM still decides what is urgent and what can wait. The tool just pulls the data together fast.

FAQ

Common questions

Are you experts in construction?

No, and we will not pretend to be. Your team brings the construction expertise. We bring software and AI expertise. The free call is the place where we map who knows what, and the engagement is built on that division of labour.

How is this different from your contractor page?

The contractor page is for owner-operator trades, the kind of business where the boss is on the tools. This page is for construction companies running multiple projects, with project managers, supers, and admin staff. Different workflow, different software, different scale.

Do you replace Procore or BuilderTrend?

No. We work with whatever project software you run. The AI sits alongside it and handles the drafting, summarizing, and organizing work. Your project record stays where it belongs, in the system your team already trusts.

How does this work for field staff?

The field side of the setup is built around voice notes and photos sent from where your supers and foremen already are. They do not need to learn a new application. The office side processes what they sent into clean written records.

How long does an engagement take?

Three to six weeks for a typical setup, depending on how many active projects and which project software is involved. Larger contractors with multiple offices are scoped phase by phase.

Will this work for a smaller construction company too?

Yes. Smaller companies often see faster wins because more of the burden falls on a single project manager. The setup scales down sensibly. There is no minimum size.
