Discovery & AI Audit
We sit down with you, map how the business actually runs, and show you where AI can genuinely save hours — before anything gets bought or built.
A second opinion you can actually use. We help Edmonton owners decide what AI is worth setting up, what to skip, and what to expect when you do.

No vendor commissions, no resale relationships, no hidden incentives

What's Included
We sit down with you, map how the business actually runs, and show you where AI can genuinely save hours — before anything gets bought or built.
We help integrate the right AI systems for your business — set up properly on your devices, connected to the tools you already use, with a prompt library built around your real workflows.
A hands-on session on your real work, 30 days of priority support while the new habits stick, then lifetime email support after that.
Most of our work is full implementation: setting AI up, training your staff, and supporting the rollout. Advisory is the lighter version. You bring the questions, we bring a decade of building software and two years of working with these tools every day. We tell you what we'd do in your shoes, and we tell you when the right answer is to do nothing yet.
Most Edmonton small businesses we advise come in with one of these on their mind:
Step one is a free call where you describe the situation. Step two is either a single billable session, a short multi-week engagement, or nothing at all if we don't think we can help. We'll tell you which on the first call.
If you book a single session, you walk away with a written summary: what we recommend, what we'd skip, what the realistic time and cost would be if you decided to proceed. No follow-up pressure. If you want us to also do the implementation, that's a separate quote.
Owner-operators and small Edmonton businesses, roughly two to thirty staff. Trades, professional services, retail, light manufacturing, anyone with paperwork eating their evenings and a vendor in their inbox promising to fix it. If you're a bigger operation with an existing IT department, our project-based engineering work is probably a better fit than advisory.
Honestly, because the AI vendor space is loud right now and most Edmonton owners we meet are getting bad advice from people who make money when they say yes. We don't resell anything. The advisory call is paid for by the call itself, not a kickback from the tool we recommended.
The Process
From first call to confidently using AI every day, here's what working with us looks like.
Tell us about the business and where your time is going. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool.
We map your workflows and deliver a plain-English plan: where AI fits, what the setup looks like, and what it will and won't change.
We help integrate the right AI systems for your business, wire them into the software you already use, and build a prompt library around the real things you do every week.
A live training session on your real work, 30 days of priority support to keep the momentum going, then lifetime email support so small questions never go unanswered.
Lunch break, in the truck
A West Edmonton owner has been pitched four different AI products in two weeks. A short call clears it up: which two are worth a trial, which two to ignore, and what the actual value would be.
We rebuild vibe-coded prototypes and no-code apps as proper, enterprise-grade software — accessible, AI-native, and live in under two weeks. Built on our tried and true enterprise tech stack, and custom in-house built design systems.
FAQ
Advisory is the conversation. Consulting is the work. Advisory helps you decide what to do. Consulting helps you do it. Some clients only need the first, some need both, and we're fine either way.
Yes. We offer single advisory sessions for owners who just want a one-time second opinion. After that, you can book another, hire us for an implementation, or walk away. There's no retainer.
Hourly for single sessions, flat fee for short multi-week engagements. The first discovery call is free. Anything beyond that is quoted up front so you know what you're committing to.
No. We don't take vendor commissions and we don't have reseller agreements. That keeps the advice clean. If a free or already-paid-for tool is the right answer, we'll say so.
Yes. Most advisory runs over video, so location isn't a barrier. We work with businesses across the Edmonton metro, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and points further out.
