Local help, in person when it helps

One of our co-founders, Nathan, lives right here in Camrose. That means if an in-person meet-up, a coffee at Norsemen, or a sit-down session at your shop makes more sense than yet another Zoom call — we can actually do that. Most of the engagement still runs remotely (it keeps the cost down for a small business), but the option to work face-to-face is on the table for Camrose and the surrounding communities.

AI for the business where you wear every hat

In a smaller centre like Camrose, the pattern is pretty consistent: you're the owner, the accountant, the marketer, the scheduler, and the person who answers the phone — often all before lunch. You don't have an IT team, and you don't have time to become one. That's exactly where a bit of well-chosen AI can make a real difference.

What we help with

  • Getting comfortable with modern tools — not just AI, but the everyday software around it (email, cloud files, basic accounting, online presence)
  • Writing that doesn't take all night — emails, quotes, social posts, website updates, customer follow-ups
  • Summarizing the paperwork — contracts, supplier emails, municipal forms, anything long and dense
  • Small workflow shortcuts — turning voice notes into tidy write-ups, pulling key points out of long documents, drafting repeat communications
  • Knowing what to ignore — there's a lot of AI hype. A real conversation about what's worth using and what isn't saves a lot of wasted time.

What the engagement looks like

Our guided training and implementation package is designed for very small businesses and solo operators. A typical engagement includes the right AI systems set up on your desktop and phone, connections to the tools you already use (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and whatever else is in your stack), a short prompt library written around your real tasks, and a hands-on training session where we walk through your actual work together. Thirty days of priority support is included so you can come back with questions as they come up, followed by lifetime email support after that.

We meet you where you are

We're based in Calgary but work with businesses across Alberta — Camrose and the surrounding communities included. Engagements run remotely by default, which keeps the cost sensible for a one- or two-person business. No long contracts, no enterprise-style retainers, no pressure.

The Process

How it works

From first call to confidently using AI every day, here's what working with us looks like.

01

Free Discovery Call

Tell us about the business and where your time is going. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool.

02

Audit & Plan

We map your workflows and deliver a plain-English plan: where AI fits, what the setup looks like, and what it will and won't change.

03

Setup & Integration

We help integrate the right AI systems for your business, wire them into the software you already use, and build a prompt library around the real things you do every week.

04

Training & Ongoing Support

A live training session on your real work, 30 days of priority support to keep the momentum going, then lifetime email support so small questions never go unanswered.

One-person shop, before the door opens

You run the whole show — and now the writing part does itself.

A Camrose solo operator turns a voice note into a polished social post, handles a customer reply, and gets the week's supplier email sorted — all before the first customer walks in.

FAQ

Common questions

Can we meet in person?

Yes. Our co-founder Nathan lives in Camrose, so in-person meet-ups, coffee chats, or sit-down sessions at your shop are all on the table. Most work still runs remotely to keep costs sensible, but the option to work face-to-face is there whenever it helps.

I'm a one-person business. Is this overkill for me?

No — honestly, solo operators are where the simple AI tools often have the biggest impact, because you don't have staff to offload the busywork to. The engagement is scoped small on purpose.

I'm not very techy. Will I actually understand this?

Yes. We teach in plain English, on your real work, on the device you already use. If something is confusing, we slow down. There's no stupid question.

Do I need to buy a bunch of new software?

Usually not. Most small businesses already have most of what they need — we help connect the AI layer to it. If something new is worth buying, we'll say so and explain why.

Do you only serve Camrose?

We're Calgary-based but work across Alberta, including Camrose, Wetaskiwin, Ponoka, and surrounding communities. Engagements are remote-friendly so location isn't a barrier.
