Do you only work with Calgary businesses?
We're based in Calgary and that's where most of our focus is, but we work with clients elsewhere in Alberta when the fit is right. Most of the engagement can be run remotely, with a kick-off call in person or over video.
How long does an engagement take?
A typical guided training and implementation package runs about two to three weeks from kick-off to the training session, followed by 30 days of priority support and then lifetime email support. Larger or more complex engagements are scoped case-by-case.
Is my business data safe?
We deploy AI tools inside your existing infrastructure wherever possible and recommend tools with strong privacy practices. Your data stays under your control, and we'll walk you through the setup so you understand exactly what's happening.
What if AI isn't right for my business?
Then we'll tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is a process change, a new hire, or a piece of off-the-shelf software rather than AI. We only recommend what actually makes sense.
