Agent Team

A group of Claude Code sessions that work in parallel on the same problem, each handling a separate piece of the work in its own context window. Unlike a single agent with subagents, teammates in an agent team can communicate directly with each other — sharing findings, challenging conclusions, and coordinating tasks through a shared work list. Best suited for complex work where parallel, independent perspectives add genuine value. Agent teams use significantly more compute than a single session.
