Auto Memory

Notes that Claude writes for itself as it works, stored in a dedicated memory folder for the project. Unlike CLAUDE.md (which you write), auto memory is built up by Claude based on what it observes across sessions — build commands, your preferences, recurring patterns, debugging insights. This content is loaded at the start of future sessions so Claude doesn't re-learn the same things. Auto memory files are plain text you can read, edit, or delete at any time.
